We ship orders within South Africa using reliable courier services.

Processing time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time

• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping applies to all 1L + 1L Shampoo & Conditioner Sets, unless otherwise stated.

• Any exceptions will be clearly shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of personal care products, we keep our returns policy clear and fair.

Returns accepted

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if:

• You received the wrong item

• Your order arrived damaged

• There is a manufacturing defect

In these cases, Justjan will cover the return shipping cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos where applicable.

Returns not accepted

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened or used

• Change-of-mind purchases on personal care items

This is standard practice for personal care products.

Return shipping costs

• If the return is due to our error, we cover the courier cost.

• If a return is approved for any other reason, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
